A romantic atmosphere makes you feel comfortable immediately! The staff welcomes you, takes care of you, super friendly and helpful! The food was just a dream and as a vegan I was super happy for so many vegan options! So much flavor in every dish makes you enjoy every bite! Their vegan cheese naan bread surprised me the most, because there was a thick layer of cheese and as many of you know vegan cheese is hard to melt, but this one reminded me of “normal” cheese! I think after trying their food it will be hard for me to eat anywhere else indian food, I’ll compare it always to the best indian food I ever had in Chakra!

Fantastic Indian restaurant with thoughtful service, decadent curries and a massive vegan menu if you’re that way inclined. Being meat eaters we opted for a lamb shank curry (pictured) and the classic butter chicken curry – the lamb was perfectly cooked, falling off the bone and with lots of juice. Great experience and highly recommended.

Everything about our visit was amazing – we booked a table about two hours before we arrived and found a personalised welcome note at our table. Some meals had their own twist to traditional Indian which was great, all the food we bought was excellent – 3 chicken tikka entree, beef vindaloo, lamb shank, dessert, a cocktail (with a a smouldering cinnamon stick 🙂 and a bottle of wine. And the gooey cheese naan – yum! Super quick and friendly service with nice breaks between courses. Definitely will be going back – we want to try all the other entrees!

Amazing service from all of the staff, fantastic food. Our kind waiter brought us complimentary tequila shots and another brought us complimentary butter chicken because she suggested we change our order because we ordered too much food – but still wanted us to try it.
