This place has gone down hill. The last 2 times ordering (7months apart) were dreadful. 2.5hrs for delivery and was abused when asked to cancel the order because I didn’t expect delivery to be at 10pm when I ordered it at 7:30pm.

I feel really bad writing this because the staff has been nice and apologetic but I waited 3 hours for delivery. They kept saying they are really busy. I have a feeling they cook for the costumers at the restaurant first and only cook delivery food at the end. You shouldn’t be taking delivery orders if you can’t deliver until your restaurant is almost closed at 9pm. If the food was amazing this would probably make up for it but the fact is the food is less than average at best.

Food is nice but the delivery time is too long. The past few times that I have ordered it was over a 2 hr wait with zero communication from them as to what is going on. You have to call them to chase up your food and if you are lucky enough for them to answer, they just say it’s on it’s way. It never used to be like that. I think they must have new cooks or owners now. Had they of called up and apologised and let me know that they were running behind, I would give them another go but it seems like they don’t care. I won’t be ordering again. It’s a shame. 🙁

The WORST Chinese food I’ve ever had! The mixed entree was full of grease and dry. The prawn toast was burnt and chewy. The honey prawns were tiny and awful! The batter was so thick and tasted like wet flour. The short soup wontons had next to no filling and only an inch of broth in the container! I waited over 2hrs for delivery and ended up throwing most of it out!
