Great atmosphere, food was absolutely delicious and beer tasting paddles was thoroughly enjoyed. Side note, wasn’t aware food was tapas style, however we did get one each and bread dish and it was more then enough!

Hands down best meal I’ve had in Hervey Bay. I had the Beef Short Rib Special and meat was so tender and had the best flavour, and the potato salad with it was really nice and fresh. Had 2 tasting paddles and the beers were awesome. .. downside is it’s 5mins from my house which could be dangerous.

Have visited here a couple of times. This is Hervey Bay’s only craft brewery. It produces a great range of beers with new brews being developed all the time. A tasting paddle costs $16 and consists of 4 good size glasses (around 150ml each). My favourite tipple is the Mosaic Pale Ale. The owner is great to talk to and is very happy to share the experience in setting up the brewery and how the process works on a daily basis. There is inside and outside seating. The outside is very hot in Summer. The service is first class and friendly. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. My wife and I tried the Jalapeno poppers (pretty hot) the Korean chicken and the Duck potstickers. They were all delicious. The brewery has takeaway beers available in growlers only. I bought a 1.89 litre Mosaic Pale Ale for $29 plus a once only charge of $15 for the growler. There is also a smaller growler. I would strongly recommend a visit to this excellent craft brewery.

Excellent food, great service and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The Korean fried chicken was amazing! The variety of craft beers will please even the most picky connoisseur. We will definitely be back.
