Food was very good and the service ok. The plastic tablecloths and cramped space were offset by the food, really good value for money. Good for very casual dining, not for a special occasion. We will go here again because of the food, never had a bad meal here.

This Chinese restaurant has been around for many many years. I had not eaten there for so many years that I wasn’t sure if it would still be good. I was so happy that the food there is still excellent that I decided to write a review. The spring rolls have that lovely curried flavour. The pepper honey chicken was delicious with grated veges (unlike the last where there were big chunks) The beef cashews, and salt and pepper calamari were just delicious! I was so impressed that this will be my regular take away local from now on!

Slow service with 30 min waiting time and we were the only eat-in diner there. Maybe they are too busy filling in delivery orders first. Food was average. We ordered deep fried duck with crab sauce, the sauce has no crab in it, just a couple of seafood extenders. Large fried rice is not really large, portion is disappointing. Bit pricey for the portions and ingredients used (all protein has a bland taste)

First time ordering from Canton Village and it did not disappoint. I was a lot happier with their Special Fried Rice and the Combination Chow Mein with soft noodles compared to the other Chinese restaurants I’ve tried in my local area. That wok hay is what I look for and Canton Village delivered. We will definitely be ordering again and this restaurant might just become our regular post lockdown as our other favourite Chinese restaurant is en route from work which isn’t always convenient.
