Great coffee (ice latte) and fantastic Ruben sandwich. Fish tacos were very underwhelming with tiny pieces of fish , almost no seasoning or dressing and taco cold and rather firm (3 tacos for $26 if I remember). Not sure I can recommend the tacos to anyone. Only 3 stars because of the fish tacos, else would be a solid 4-4.5 stars.

Food was a bit below average. I expected sourdough to be toasted and crispy but it was soggy and cold. The crispy chicken taco looked so sad with very tiny pieces and not warm at all and the taco had a stale taste. Not worth the price having tacos if you seek for big portion. However, the staff were kind and prompt in serving us.

No disasters but all round pretty average. Food was a bit cold and not tasty enough to make up for it, service was underwhelming, coffees were pretty small (although I can appreciate that is more authentically italian). Generally just a bit sub-par.

Quality local cafe. Good service. The food is delivered fast and fresh. Good range on the menu without being over the top / my pick are the Fish Tacos !! It’s not going to change you’re life but it certainly won’t ruin you’re day either. Probably the best spot to eat in The Junction.

I visited this cafe in 2017 and had a mind blowingly good mango banana smoothie and have thought about it frequently ever since and CRAVED IT!!! By pure coincidence I ended up in Noosa today and managed to track down the team and got to enjoy the smoothie again with a delicious toastie served by a wonderful team. Thanks ladies at Canteen for satisfying a 5 year craving!!!
