Got take away and I had the mixed grill and on opening the box I was annoyed as the serving look quite small. The prawns were juicy with a nice grill flavour as were the other meats. There weren’t a lot of chips but by the time I had finished what was in the box, I was too full to eat the salad. Missus had the garlic prawns, which she said was nice and filling.

Just there for lunch and the service was quick and efficient. My wife had the pork belly and I had the cajun chicken. Both were well presented (a level above normal pub meals) and tasted nice too. Particularly the cajun chicken which had a big variety of vegetables. Well done to the chef(s) and the whole Caffe Primo team.

Went on Mother’s Day for breakfast. Great menu, drinks served quickly even though it was busy.

Got recommended by a friend to come here expecting a good dining experience however did not get one. Service was poor/average. The woman that served me barely gave me the time of day and pretty well ignored me and failed to take down my requirements being celiac. I had ordered a pulled pork burger with the cheese patty on another plate and no bun but received it all on the same plate leaving my food cross contaminated so had to carefully eat around it all, the food was not fresh at all potato’s were cooked in old oil. The cheese dip was ice cold and all in all leaving myself and my partner feeling unwell. Very disappointing.

the employees are nice and greet you good. the food is okay, but I hate how it’s all pre-made and not made on the day. food always taste best and fresh on the day it’s ordered. I used to love the pasta but now they just add too much sauce in it, the flavour is too strong.

Haven’t been here in 7 years as my first two experiences were not good. Wish I hadn’t returned. Went for lunch with a friend today, not much gf meals on the menu so ordered the truffle and prosciutto sauce with risotto rice. First to arrive was the “free” garlic bread which I literally picked up and tapped on the table, who wants a brick with a scrape of garlic butter on top?? Mmm yummo! No biggie. The mains arrived and mine was half cooked aborio rice swimming in thickened cream with a few pieces of prosciutto and by pieces, I mean the size of my thumb nail and slices of mushroom scattered about. I tried two mouthfuls and all I could taste was cream, no salt, no pepper, even the prosciutto had no flavour. I went to the counter to complain and be refunded when I was met with an ultimatum choose another dish to eat or get a store voucher for less than the purchase I had just made, almost $30 for risotto and was offered $20 voucher. I took the voucher at my loss. So I guess the garlic bread wasn’t free after all!? However my son will enjoy $20 worth of gelato and cake. I wouldn’t have complained if I had spent $15, would of asked for salt, pepper and garnish but for that price I expected better, I understand it’s a franchise and recipes are uniform but a little effort would go along way. The foh staff were polite but disorganised.

My usual café was booked out for breakfast so I decided to give this place a go. I had to change my son’s nappy before settling into our table and the change room was disgusting. There was a buildup of what appeared to be mold on the hand soap dispenser. That sight was enough to make my stomach churn, not a great start. When it came to my meal, the eggs and toast were burnt. Yet the eggs were also slimy at the same time. The broccolini was rock solid. Pancakes were very average, probably microwaved. Would not come here again, waste of money and time.

Used to be of reasonable value. Not so much anymore. I ordered the calamari from the $18.90 menu as take away, and swapped out the aolli for hollandaise sauce. Was charged an extra $2:50 for the sauce, once upon a time they just used to swap them. Once I got home, I found 6 and a half calamari strips and maybe a dozen chips. The calamari was well cooked but not exactly a dinner sized meal. The salad was fresh, so that was a plus.
