Me and my partner went here for dinner. I ordered the broccoli and chicken pasta and he got the mixed grill, we also got the Arancini balls and garlic bread. My pasta was quite nice and I had no issues with it. My partners mixed grill on the other hand was not worth the money or the stomach ache AT ALL. He asked for his steak to be medium rare and it came out well done and it was sour, it tasted and smelled off. the chicken was so thin and over cooked with no flavour whatsoever. The arancini balls were half hot half cold they weren’t cooked thoroughly through.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were more than happy to attend to my needs as a customer and gave good meal recommendations. I was recommended the Bruschetta. It tasted delicious and was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service.

Absolutely insane place. Very good. Service was great, we were there quite late and they asked us if it was ok to start putting up chairs, I thought that was very polite. The owner also has great banter, had a good chuckle with us on the way out.

Unfortunately the staff added a dish to my order that confused me. They added – with what seemed very practiced ease – ‘ a feeevspecial of pancakes’ then processed before I could ask what was happening. It was so confusing I wasn’t sure what was happening until I checked my receipt and there was a $2.95 desert added, then removed as my receipt shows. That is never a good thing to do to anyone. It felt humiliating, confusing and off-putting. When I asked what was good, it took 4, maybe 5 efforts to get a reply. Quite a depressing experience. A staff member explained the pancakes are a free offer but because I didn’t agree to it it was removed, but I was never asked. Shame, it’s got a nice outdoor eating area. I’m hoping it was just a bad night. Good wine. Nice wait staff.

My meal was delicious! I ordered the prosciutto salmon with mushrooms on the side. It was perfect for my birthday meal out! Reasonably quiet venue when we attended (Dinner, around 7:30pm on a Sunday) and mum and I were able to talk with ease. Would definitely recommend!

Cafe Primo at Firle is a pretty spacious restaurant that can cater to a number of patrons or large groups. Usually, no need to book. Parking is at times challenging on certain days but is generally OK on most days. Food wise, serving size is OK but quality is sometimes a hit and miss.

Always an enjoyable meal here, besides being a little overpriced in places. They have a good range of different choices and they also usually have a great chef’s special selection. Service is good, friendly and the meals come out fast. Cons: The atmosphere is noisy and echoey when there are lots of people as it is a wide open tiled space. My friend couldn’t get her coffee rewards card stamped because they ‘only do it for takeaway coffees’. And the burgers in particular I believe are far too expensive.
