I asked for well-toasted toast when I ordered. Instead, I got barely toasted bread. This is the second time in a row this has happened. There won’t be a third time – I’ll go elsewhere from now on. As I was grabbing this on the way to work both times, I had no time for them to correct it but it shouldn’t have needed correcting, if it had been done right to begin with. $7.70 toast which was binned. The two stars are for the coffee which was good.

Got in 8:30 this morning ordered a simple iced latte and watching another 10 ppl came behind me getting their hot coffees, and came up to ask my coffee ready they didn’t event try to call my name, excuse me ? They only making weak eye contact with me miles away how did I suppose to know it’s my coffee after remind them if my coffee ready I got work at 9:30 almost late for work bad customer service I don’t know why these ppl came after me getting their coffee first that’s unfair. Never come again bye

Ordered coffee and omelette for the breakfast, it wasn’t that much good as I expected, not serving the foods in a presentable way. The person who served the foods kept the cutlery on the table like throwing them. Coffee cups not cleaned properly, had marks on them. Not happy with my breakfast at there.

Good coffee, friendly staff. Poached eggs overcooked, pancakes overcooked almost burnt, hashbrowns barely crispy not even remotely golden crispy brown. Sausage tastes like it was Woolworths generic brand. Bacon was dry and rubbery, 2 tiny pieces. Burger was bland, the patty was moist however. Chips were cooked well and the highlight along with the coffee.
