Had a nice lunch here today. Beaut little shop with a lot of memorabilia. Had the blt and mrs had egg n bacon roll with a couple of coffees. Didn’t touch the sides. Just what’s needed after driving Oxley hey From port Mac and amazing Aspley falls.

I read the other reviews with interest because our experience with this cafe was very different from other reviewers. Four of us were travelling through Walcha and decided to stop for breakfast. Our first impression of cafe Amor was that it was covered in dust and grease. The food when it came out was not very good. The bacon was warm but not cooked, the hash brown was not cooked some of the food that was ordered just didn’t turn up and the coffee was weak and tasteless. Maybe the owner was just having a bad day but unfortunately our experience was terrible and we will not return.

My husband and I just pulled a big drive from Ballina and all I was looking for a real coffee for the remainder of our trip to Gloucester. I asked for a cappuccino and got what tasted like was a weak, tasteless out of the bottle coffee with no head! I paid $4.50. The cafe was dirty and the seating was ridiculous. Im not a big person but the booths were hard, tight and uncomfortable . Im just glad i didn’t order any food because what saw was plan and simple filth.
