First time at this Cafe 63. Plenty of carparks. Clean and tidy. Plenty of seating inside and out. Staff greeted us and were friendly. Promptly took our drinks order, made quickly and then took our meal orders. It wasn’t a long wait at all for our food. Hubby’s steak was perfect medium rare, great serving sizes. My deadlights meal was delicious, creamy mushroom is always a winner for me, serving size was great too. Kids Doc meals were surprisingly bigger than I expected. Food was delicious, definitely recommend this cafe 63.

We ordered our dinner for our family of 4 and when the food started to come out I noticed something unusual on the kids pancakes. It was mould! On not just 1 of the pancakes but both. I promptly let the staff know and cancelled our order. But as we had already started on our drinks I said I would pay for them, which I did. My concern is as I told the staff was if you are sending out food that is visibly past it’s used by date. How can we be sure any of the food coming out of the kitchen is stored or cooked correctly. So good the food is amazing, I recommend the logfire hot chocolate. Staff is kind and helpful the pancakes are fluffy and creamy. 9/10 great for breakfast.

Food is great & arrived quickly but after service very slow only 3 people in the Cafe & we have currently been waiting 24 minutes for someone to clear our finished plates & take our dessert order & still waiting whilst staff are chatting amongst themselves, only one girl seems to be working hard on cleaning the coffee area. This has been the case the last 3 times we’ve been here which is a shame, otherwise we would come more often as the food is good.

The take away coffees taste terrible, the bean tastes really burnt, the coffee is watery, but the dine in coffee is really nice, I dont think enough time and care is put into the take away coffees like the dine in ones. The same barista does not know how to make good coffee.
