The waitress who served us was a bit ho-hum. Not unfriendly but not a bundle of joy either. My food and my wife’s was okay but not great or even good, just okay. For what it was, the food was overpriced. We probably won’t go there again.

The pancakes tasted old and reheated , the choc frappe tasted like chocolate water. The staff didn’t seem happy, no smiles and weren’t very polite. And the atmosphere just wasn’t a good vibe won’t be going back.

When we arrived we were seated straight away. I did make a booking, however knowledge about the booking lacked, it wasn’t too busy so it wasn’t a big deal. Menu was extensive, my advise check it out online ahead of time. Service from staff was great, polite and friendly. Food did not take long to come out. I believe it was less than 10 mins. I had big Bertha is back and it tasted amazing. From what my family said there food was great too. If I was in the area I would definitely come back. Pricing was reasonable.

Food & coffee was nice, decent size meals. Service was pretty fast even though they were busy. Confusing menu with some strange combos. Not the best atmosphere as it’s next to the carpark and shopping centre entry a bit noisy with trolleys and cars going past.

We went here for Fathers Day Brunch. We had booked a table and arrived to find no table had been reserved. We waited 15mins before we were seated. Waited 20mins before being served. We were seated in the direct sun. When we finally got our food a hour later, my eggs were cold and the avocado was a store brought dip kind. My husband’s breakfast had a strand of hair in his eggs and grey hair in the hash brown. The service was disappointing. We refused to pay for our meals and will never return to this Cafe. A horrible disappointing brunch

Very disappointed at the springfield branch. Atmosphere was untidy and dirty. Steak was tuff, dry and partially burnt although we ordered medium it was cooked welldone and over. Meals took long ever tho it was quiet. Flowers were dry and over hanging and were not fresh. Staff replaced steak but not meal so my partner ate just the steak with nothing else. Chips were cold. Very disappointing as we have been to springwood and had a wonderful experience. Not happy and won’t be going back, waste the money. Not what it looks like online. Shameful Springfield we expected better.
