restaurant was filled with scoundrels/eshays didn’t make my dining experience. walked in expecting to be very happy and just walked out so disappointed had to go eat lunch somewhere else. me and my pal tried to use our points and the rudeness that we came across was shocking most of the employees that have served us have generally been quite nice. equipment was broken bad customer service. Not happy amigos . Restaurant is really pretty and great food but the customer service needs a lot of work. Thanks guys!

Went to burrito bar as a treat with my friend. Walked out without food and extremely disappointed. I signed up for there rewards and received a $10 voucher. Employee rudely explained that the scanner to activate the card wasn’t working and than further explained that he “Had no clue” on how to make an online order and instead of assisting us in resolving this issue he pretty much just turned and walked away. We sat down trying to figure this out and the restaurant was flooded with loud, rude school aged kids running a muck. Very disappointed.

I would usually never write a bad review, but this time I have to. I got takeaway food with my partner – he got a burrito, I had 3 veggie tacos. I was starving and so excited to eat, but when we got home and I opened my box I couldn’t believe it. Firstly, there was heaps of coriander on top, even though I specifically said I cannot eat coriander, secondly, the tacos where basically empty. There was some kind of veggie mesh at the bottom with pretty much no cheese. I have never seen food that looked this unpleasant to eat and I have never been so angry.

Ordered a couple times definitely won’t be back, the staff aren’t very friendly, it’s really expensive for very average burritos. And they put the chocolate sauce on the churros so by the time we’d picked up our order they were soggy
