I’ve been getting my dinner here on Friday night for a few weeks now and I will say that the service is pleasant and the food is what I expect .. very nice and can even have a beer while I wait.. bonus

Why did I go back? Just as bad second time around. Sweet n sour pork was barely warm and was like eating mush. Rice was dry and tasteless. Service…maybe hire more staff, that might help..

Absolutely disgusting. If the chef is eating this than the passion for cooking Asian food has been lost. If the chef is not eating this than he/she is providing a disservice to the community. 2 simple dishes ordered which might as well have come from a bottle. Would’ve been cheaper as well. The waitress however was lovely.

Chinese in Alstonville was great and very nice meal recommend it as my friend and l were able to have a sit down lunch Alstonville was our 2nd choice as we were going to have our lunch at Rous Road Goonellabah, they were really rude, we only do takeaways after we were told by 1 person yes you can sit then no, so won’t be going there again, as don’t like attitudes or rudeness.

We just moved back to the area from the Gold Coast and thought we would get Chinese for dinner. Ordered satay chicken, Mongolian beef, crispy chicken in plum sauce and special fried rice. The rice was pretty flavourless and clearly use cubed frozen vegetables in there and I was expecting crispy chicken (from previous restaurants) to be crumbed breast with sauce but it was whole pieces of chicken – not that nice. The girl at the counter was lovely and friendly however we won’t be dining there again. Quite expensive Chinese too in comparison to what we are used to.
