If you haven’t been to one of the best places in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland to try a pie, then you haven’t been to Buck’s Bakery ! Located at the foot of popular Maleny and Montville on the Sunshine Coast, it’s the perfect place to stop off for coffee and a bite to eat.

Buck’s is a great bakery, do yourself a favour and try to get there before the lunch rush, they sell out of pies and desserts on busy days. Great range of pies, really amazing and fresh desserts and super quick service. There are seats at the side of the bakery to enjoy your meal, but it’s outlook is the carpark. But in all honesty, you’re not there for five star dining, and the food bloody great.

We (2) had lunch here on our return from Maleny Handmade Markets. Coffee, spinach and feta sausage roll, 2 freshly made sandwiches and a custard slice. And she had … No we shared. Will definitely reattend & highly recommend. Best curried egg and lettuce sandwich I’ve ever tasted. Enjoyed the company of the third wheel at the table.

Had a sausage roll here for Brekky passing thru. Had to come back for another late lunch. Get on it. Need to step up choccy milk game however. Couldn’t even get a photo before digging in.

Travelled the country and lucky for Landsborough they have one of the best bakeries going. Awesome pies, pastries, and coffee…. and plenty of it so unlikely to run out half way through lunch like most popular bakeries.

I love the pies here, don’t get me wrong. But there has been too many times I have come here where the line is out the door and the staff are taking their time to serve people. They would rather talk among themselves and with regulars. It’s a shame. Best pies in town though.

Great desserts, plenty of hot food pastry products and a range of sandwiches. Good coffee and a large selection of cold drinks. Outdoor seating area and street parking nearby.

I’ve been going here periodically for many years. The pies are always top notch and the sausage rolls are fantastic. Staff are nice and friendly, best of all they don’t charge extra for sauce! Highly recommended

I’m not vegetarian, but I tried the pumpkin and feta pastry and it was really nice. My donuts had at least a cup of Nutella. Good on you guys.
