Atmosphere and wine list were superb. We (4pax) chose the $130 degustation with the $80 wine pairing. Most of the food was excellent, whilst the 5+MB steak was a big let down. Despite being cooked very rare, it was incredibly tough and chewy. The prawns and the wagyu cannoli were a big highlight however. Service was unfortunately not very professional. The few different staff we had look after us didn’t seem very knowledgeable on wine or food, with our main man seen reading the wine labels before bringing the bottles over to fill up our glasses. Would happily dine again but would avoid the set menu (not worth the price) and stick to ordering a la carte.

What an excellent place. I hadn’t been before. Delicious food extremely well cooked. Great sides. Friendly service. First class wine list. And open on a Monday night in Canberra. What more could you want?

We had a wonderful night at Brunello. The food and wine were fantastic. But what really makes this place special is the service! The mark of a great place is when all the staff look like they’re enjoying their night too and are happy to be there.

Wasn’t sure what level of dinning to expect but we were pleasantly surprised! There was not 1 dish I didn’t like, and some real 10/10s. The wait staff also brought their A game, some really good service here, special shout out to Anna who was exceptional! A restaurant worth visiting more than once, be back soon!

Wonderful ambience and a beautiful, elegant dining experience. We all enjoyed our emails, and the novel way of sampling wines. The round table for the seven of us was perfect to be able to interact with one another at our table, rather than being stuck at the end of a long table where you engage with seated next to and opposite you. I am very keen to return, as I had food envy and would like to try the mushroom risotto and the rabbit pasta, which both looked delicious.
