On our way to Jonathan Lee’s concert tonight, we decided to try out the highly recommended Botanical Hotel. Luckily, we were able to secure a table. This was our first time dining at this restaurant, but we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the food and the impressive service. Our dinner was truly enjoyable, filled with mouth watering foods and refreshing drinks! The Botanical Hotel experience perfectly complemented the emotional songs performed by Jonathan Lee at the concert. It was a truly wonderful night, filled with fantastic dining treat and heart touching concert!

Had lunch here recently. The service was pretty average. Had to ask for water several times and remind them about my tea. It was quiet. I had the eggplant tuna sashimi. I didn’t enjoy this dish. The flavours didn’t combine well for me. The lentil sides was fresh and ok a bit bland though. My friend had the pumpkin risotto and that was excellent. They supplied bread which we appreciate. Not as good as my previous experiences here. Sadly bone marrow was no longer a side on their menu.

Really good food, I had the scotch fillet with fries and broccolini! No assigned waiters so random drinks kept coming out, asked the same questions a couple times and after we were seated, we waited for some time and had to go grab someone to serve us. Overall it was good but for the price and reputation, it felt a bit amateur.

Have been there before for dinner and decided to go back to try more. Nice atmosphere with friendly service. We had burgers and fish of the day and it was quite good. Also had the pickled veggies but wasn’t a big fan. Overall, quite happy with food and service.

I love this place, food and spritz are amazing!!! Staff are great and Pauline is very funny. Had a great lunch with my friend here and we will be back. I had oysters and they are great, steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked as I asked.

Wonderful staff who were welcoming and attentive. Understanding when we were caught in traffic on the freeway. We called to advise we were running late and our booking was moved to a later time without any trouble. Beautiful food in a relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

I really wanted to enjoy this place. However, unfortunately, our experience was not very pleasant. Despite having an early booking and the venue not being busy, we were seated literally at the door. With such a huge space and so many tables available, we were surprised! Anytime the waiting staff used the door, we were cold and felt the discomfort of having food plates hovering above our heads which is not an experience associated with fine-dining. The food and service were both below average and appears to be consistent with recent reviews, but really shocked by some of the other reviews claiming otherwise. I had ordered the pasta with crab but there was no crab in my food. Unfortunately when the bread and butter served is better than the actual meal itself, it’s not a great experience! One bottle of sparking water cost over $20?!!
