I picked Bondi Trattoria for a Friday night dinner with a view & convenient location by the beach. They have outdoor & indoor seating options. Outdoor tables are lovely, but the wind was pretty strong that night, luckily our waiter helped to move us to a table inside.

WOW. Went in a couple of weeks ago with friends and still thinking about that gorgeous meal. Between three of us we shared some garlic bread, a Bianchi potato and garlic pizza, the vegetarian Ricotta gnocchi and Napoli pasta, the walnut salad and a tiramisu and we were struggling to finish it but it was so delicious we couldn’t stop! Generous portion sizes, recommend getting a mix of meals to share as every dish is just so yum you’ll be eyeing up all your friends’ plates! Staff were so lovely and happy to explain the dishes and any questions we had. On top of the amazing food the view is also beautiful. We sat outside and watched the sunset over Bondi and had such a fabulous time. Thank you team for the beautiful meal! Next time I’m in Sydney I’ll definitely come back!

Great place for dinner near Bondi. Though it’s a little further away from the beach itself, and not quite every seat has a great view. If you want some seafood, this is perfect. They have bay bugs in a butter sauce with buffalo mozzarella that is simply amazing. Their cocktails are also excellent.
