Absolutely DISGUSTING. Have been regular customers for years and am appalled at being served this. It was supposed to be crumbed flake and as you can see I could not even cut it with a sharp knife. I even expressed to the staff this was for my ill father who had just come out of hospital and they still served me this. Will never return.

I remembered this place from 20+ years ago, was so happy to find it was still going strong. Steak burger was as amazing as I remembered it, lamb and mint burger was very tasty, chips were generous and perfectly cooked. Good selection of convenience store items, too. Hopefully won’t wait another 20 years to come back!

Friendly service Ordered Fish & Chips and a beef burger. Both products satisfied they family, burger was offered on bun or thick toast. Crumbed fish was tasty and crisp to the bite. . Also noticed store had all the necessities on hand if you are travelling and can’t get to Woolies. Definitely recommend a visit

Getting the orders wrong. 2nd time my food goes in to the rubbish bin. Not donating $25 to charity for Easter, now. They’ve used that saving up. Used to love em, but not going back again. They became really cheap.

I visit Hervey Bay once a month for work and saw this place on my drive to the hotel. The food is amazing the burger was so fresh and wasn’t sloppy in any way whatsoever. I got The Steak with The Lot. Minus a few things that got a little giggle from the staff member taking the order but hey it’s how I like it. The chips were hot and not covered in salt. Staff were friendly and will definitely be going back next time I’m in town and feel like a burger. Extremely good food for a great price. A half star option and I would give it 4.5
