Steaks were all overcooked and chewy which is unfortunate as the flavours were quite nice. Waitress got all defensive and would not accept simple feedback for the chef which I found really odd. See photo of a ‘medium rare’ porterhouse.

We were at Biviano’s for a small wedding and I was thoroughly impressed with the boutique and intimate atmosphere of the long room closest to the lawn green. The garlic pizza was divine and so was the strawberry mousse. Overall, Food, Service and atmosphere were excellent and would recommend Biviano’s if you wanted to have your wedding there. Couldn’t fault it, Well done!

Everything was perfect at this venue for my event. We hosted a group of 40 adults and 16 kids and the venue, food and service exceeded my expectations. This establishment primarily focuses on providing a pleasant and upscaled space for special events or celebrations. There is a definite need for such a place in Dural. Where the equation starts to become imbalance is when you add quality of food and value for money. The price they charge for food is certainly on the high side. It is $50+ for steaks, $60+ for most seafood dishes and even more if the dish involves lobster. It is not hard to top $100+ per head if you include drinks. While the food is well presented, the quality does not quite match it. I can accept the trade off for a special celebration but if you are just driving past and looking for a good feed for a decent value then this is not it.

Good entrees – arancini, bruschetta and fried zucchini flower. However the mains were pretty disappointing. It’s not authentic Italian. Pizza has a very thick crust not my preference. Spaghetti and risotto were average.
