This is one of my favourite restaurants and we always go back. It’s a gem in atmosphere, service and food. Wine list is astonishing and we never found something we didn’t like. Is as good as French food can get in my opinion. Never disappointing and always filled with classic dishes and something new to try. Tartare, onion soup, French and Italian wines. We just love this gem and it’s kiwi owner who’s always friendly and professional and loves to make you feel at home.

Excellent taste and presentation. French style portions size . We went for the set menu with 3 dishes: entree, main and dessert. But if one person in the table wants to go for a single dish can’t. All in all out.

We recently had my mother’s birthday lunch at this lovely restaurant. I booked the small private room which had such a great intimate atmosphere for the 5 of us. The cocktails, food and the service were all perfect. We couldn’t decide which dessert to order so we tried them all. Best desserts ever!! Can’t wait to get back there! Highly recommend.

Quaint but solid venue! I didn’t try much as far as a sample size goes but the steak frites and burger were both delicious. The thick, handcut skin on fries are very unique and seasoned nicely – loved the cheeseburger should be a permanent addition to the bar menu.

We absolutely loved this place. The service was fantastic, all dishes were prepared in a timely manner, delicious and not too expensive. The wine list is prepared daily. I personally really appreciated that our server was willing to open any bottle for us and serve it by the glass.

This place is a touch of France in middle of Redfern, the service is warm and friendly and the food is absolutely amazing. There were three of us dining and we had the three course menu that we shared and everything was superb , the scollops were delicious as was the Pâté and all three main courses were the best French food I’ve had in a long time, the stand out being the Steak frites and the mussels, the desserts and cheese plate is just next level. So glad we found this place, we will definitely be visiting again soon. Thanks so much for the wonderful food and hospitality.

We had the choose your own 3 course. The mains of steak and frites was delicious, meat cooked perfectly with yummy sauce. Dessert also excellent. Left very full and service very friendly but were very busy. Great ambiance and would recommend for the price.

Saturday was our second time eating here, both experiences were fantastic. The food and the wine are outstanding. Gary and Tom are lovely and had such passion for the wine and food. Everything was excellent, I strongly suggest the scallops! The prices are comparable to similar restaurants in Sydney. I hope to dine here again soon. Thanks for a great night!
