Bistro Guillaume has been our go to places for special occassions. Foods are phenomenol and so do staffs and environments. Their signature Wagyu Beef anf lambs are a must try but prepare to wait for a good 40mins to cook into perfection. Grilled Octopus from Entree is also highly recommended. Very family friendly and get ready to be pampered with all the goodness they are about to bring to you.

Staying at the Metropol and was hoping to get some dinner at 9pm, served with a smile and ordered the crab pasta (had good reviews online) and it did not dissapoint! Pasta was cooked to perfection and the crab was delicious! Only downside that it was slightly a little “too garlicky” but not complaining… still all around yummy, just wouldn’t want to be kissing anyone after 😛

Honestly was quite disappointed in the experience here— I’ve attended the Melbourne Bistro Guillaume before and adored it so thought this would be of equal quality but unfortunately not the case. See the different between the cheese soufflé at the Melbourne establishment versus the burned and crunchy sad display of a cheese soufflé at this bistro as evidence of the quality discrepancy.
