Bianca was made out of a desire to bring the captivating and enrapturing effervescence of a classic Italian trattoria to the hub and bub that is Brisbane’s, James Street. The food shall be focussed on perfecting simple, classic Italian dishes with a nod to the Australian climate and dining sphere, honouring fresh produce and seasonality. We will be working from the foundation up, creating our own pastas, breads and cheeses, all in house.

Magnificent atmosphere, amazing tasty food, service with a smile. We were treated as if we were the only patrons there, even though the place was packed and very busy. Had the best fish I’ve ever eaten, so succulent, smoky and full of flavours. Very generous portions with a large range of wines to chose from. Great staff who genuinely cared about our comfort and getting the best results for us, standout was Lawrence and Paula. Paula provided the best service and had a warm and bright personality….nothing was an issue for Paula.

Wow! We were absolutely blown away by how good Biánca was and definitely rate it in our top 3 Brisbane restaurants! As people who don’t usually eat many bread or pasta products, we were expecting to have limited options to choose from, but were so glad that we could actually order from the majority of the menu. We stuck mostly to the Antipasti menu and everything we ate was devine. Particular favourites were the oysters, scallops, kingfish carpaccio and the Wagyu bresaola. The cocktails and wine we ordered were also delicious and service was exceptional. We can’t wait to visit again!

Loved it! Great place to come for a light snack and drink, for lunch or dinner. Love sitting by the chef’s bar. Great small plates – highly recommend it. Pasta with swimmer crab was on the touch of being salty – which was a shame. Otherwise it would be five stars.

On a Monday night, no table for one person. Glad I had waited cause my pomodoro pasta and beef tarter were luscious. I also had a glass of sweet wine while waiting, worth the wait.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and I think the food has improved a lot! We had the burrata, prosciutto with melon and pizza bianca to share as entrees. For mains we had the spaghetti with blue swimmer crab and the Paccheri al pomodoro for mains with 2 glasses of rose each. Everything was excellent. We left feeling super full! Our server Kev was great as well, super friendly!
