Beef and Barramundi, owned and managed by Trevor and his wife Marie D’mello, is the one and only steakhouse on the beautiful Ettalong Beach NSW to dine. Trevor brings with him years of experience from his highly successful restaurant, The Yellow Piano. Using local seafood and produce, our cuisine can be described as Modern Australia with French influences, highlighting our chef’s culinary background. Every Friday and Saturday night, Owner and Musician Trevor D’Mello will entertain you with his repertoire of songs spanning the decades. There is a dance floor, outside dinning and a cocktail bar, all to suit any of your special dinning out occasions. Give us a call to book in a table or a function.

A great, fun place to while away an evening. Food is enjoyable, if not fancy, and will keep you satisfied. Excellent range of drinks and cocktails. The main thing keeping you happy is the service and the relaxed atmosphere. Live entertainment on the weekends really lifts the fun and makes the place rock. Highly recommended for birthdays and group celebrations.

We came here for a family dinner to celebrate my Nan and Pops 50th wedding anniversary & we were all very pleasantly surprised. Service was fantastic, we all loved our meals and the bonus live entertainment made it such a memorable night. Definitely worth checking out in Ettalong. Perfect for big groups.

Soo great! Drove in for the night and came here for dinner. Great service and amazing food. My son says 4.9 stars because he got salad on his plate and asked for no salad. But that’s no big deal. We would definitely come back.

We didn’t have a booking but even though they were fully booked, they found us a table and were fantastic hosts! They were also short staffed however the professionalism meant they checked in on us in between courses and during our meals, very friendly and made us feel so comfortable. I actually haven’t had such a good experience in a restaurant for a very long time. He even sang and played the saxophone and the guitar and some of the children danced with their grandparents. It was a highly enjoyable experience. We’ll be back! Thank you

Family of three from Sydney. Went on a Friday night. From get go the ambience and welcome was very nice when your first seated. We ordered 2 entrees , 3 mains , 1 dessert , drinks, cocktails, and coffee. Nothing to wrong. Food was exceptional full of flavour, presentation was lovely and the customer service amazing. This restaurant is a must try or even a regular every time we visit ettalong . Beautiful atmosphere and very clean. Lots of tables for groups or even a romantic dinner. The menu has something for everyone from meat, stews, fried or even vegetarian. Seafood was our favourite tonight. Very tasty

I’m trying to find balanced words to describe “my experience” here.. I’d like to start saying the food was all really good executed despite the fact that you can tell it’s been reheated. But the disappointing bit is how bland the food is presented, good French food plated as the late 80’s.

We went to Ettalong, and decided to come here. We were greeted by an excellent staff, kind, courteous, and welcoming. Lovely stuff. We have ordered a number of things, and I was disappointed as I thought it could have been better. Steak specifications should have been taken seriously. Lovely owners and very prompt service but I will give it a second chance if food actually improved
