I really loved my experience there. The ramen had a really subtle taste where none of it overpowered the taste of the broth and it was a great experience. The staff are really nice and non judgmental. The atmosphere was great and I felt welcome there. Nice vibe there.

I had their traditional ramen for lunch. The soup base was spot on but the noodles had a strong almost unpleasant taste. It could be due to the soda bicarbonate that was used in the making of those noodles that was not removed thoroughly in the cooking process. When that happens it leaves behind a strong taste of bicarb and I find it off putting. The owner is pleasant and so is his staff. Nice atmosphere overall.

Felt like I was in NYC for a minute. Cool interior with street art and chill hip hop tunes playing. Friendly staff. The chef blow torched the pork making it tender n flavoursome. Egg cooked perfectly. Slightly gooey. A new fave. Will return for sure

I finally managed to get here and enjoy the most tasty Ramen around. For years i had no idea how a good ramen should taste until i tried the Beast Ramen. The stock was potent, packed with flavour that doesn’t disappoint. The Mirage chicken dish was crispy and moist. Fantastic vibe, great location, great service, good size portions. We need more places like this in the Gong.
