First time I went in the basin Cafe. When you look out the windows the view stunt me a lot. It was so gorgeous. By the way, I ordered coffee and sticky day pudding is was yummy especially when you eat with those view.

We didn’t eat here but I have to review the awesome staff member Jasmine. My phone fell from my pocket on the chairlift and onto the cafe roof. The council ( who I think own the facility) offered us no assistance. Jasmine jumped to action and spoke to the chairlift people then organised for a local electrician to come and climb a ladder to retrieve my phone. It cost us $ but I got my phone and all cards, including credit drivers license etc back. I can’t thank Jasmine enough. Her get it done attitude is an example for people to follow. She also gave us some rice to put my very wet phone in. I love a person who goes above and beyond. Jasmine you are a star.
