I recently celebrated my birthday with my parents at Banksia and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and gracious service. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, and we immediately felt at home. The menu and wine parings were outstanding and we were blown away by the flavors and presentation of each one. Overall, Banksia yet again exceeded all of our expectations and we will definitely be returning for future special occasions. Thank you for such a memorable evening!

Beautiful meal last Saturday night as we drove through town on a road trip – catered extremely well for two pescatarian diners, and accommodated a late time change. Such a lovely ambience as well and attentive service. Genuinely one of the best dining experiences we’ve had.

Recommend by a friend and did not disappoint. Local ingredients, simply well cooked with a wine pairing is the go. Marvellous. Had the earlier sitting, but not at all rushed. Servers were charming and I enjoyed a quick chat with Chef Hugh too. The dining room is decorated very nicely too.
