Eating outside on a balmy autumn evening enjoying the best Thai food on Sydney’s Northern Beaches was so amazing. Sam and Mimi always give great customer service. So friendly even when they are run off their feet. Highly recommend this Thai Restaurant.

Have ordered Veg Pad Thai with no fish sauce from them multiple times and they have sold it to me no problems. Tonight they tell me they can’t make it without fish sauce, so they’ve just been lying all the previous times? Extremely frustrating. They have also messed up other aspects of my order on multiple previous occasions. Last time I try and order from here.

Disgusting service, rude behaviour. I would never purchase from this business again. I ordered over $150 of food and was advised an 8.15 to 8.35 pm arrival. At 8.45pm I called the restaurant and was advised it was on its way and there was a delay because of rain. At 9.10 I called back and asked where the meal was as it appeared the meal had arrived. I was then advised by the restaurant that they never cooked it as they would not deliver to where we lived. They had no intention to advise me that this would be the case and had lied on my previous call about the food being on its way. They have taken my money, said it was on its way, however never intended to deliver. The person on the phone raised their voice at me and tried to blame me for not being in area. I would never buy from here again.

Ordered on Uber eats, they accepted my order for delivery. Then by the time it should have been delivered I had called them. They said come and pick it up as they were short staffed, which was voiced by a rude lady. I pushed back then they said they will deliver it in an hour after been handed to another person. Two hours after I had ordered at 5:30 it had arrived.

Ordered food at 630pm via Uber Eats. ETA was 710-730pm. By 830pm after the restaurant not picking up the phone, we drove there to investigate where the hell our food was.. they hadn’t started making it! 9:30pm we got our food.

Great meal at Bangkok Sidewalk today! Sam, Mimi & Nick used to have the Thai restaurant in Narraweena & we ate there often. They moved to Avalon so we drove there for lunch today for some of their yummy Thai food. Narraweena’s loss is Avalon’s gain!!
