Amazing service! The people who were servicing us had a bright spark that made the experience the more enjoyable with a view of the sunset while eating We had a few dishes but the ones that got my mouth watering were the Pork Spare Ribs all the others dishes were incredible too! Food was amazing but not as much choice as other Bang Bang restaurants. Our waitress, a brunette, was fun and very enthusiastic. Our cocktails were very disappointing. The chili margaritas tasted like chemicals and the gin fizz smelled like a wet dog. The waitress was happy to give us a different drink. When we went to pay, the blonde bartender said we drank more than half of the gin fizz and wouldn’t take it off the bill. Then she proceeded to say it was the egg in the drink that made it smell, which was on the menu and it wasn’t on the menu. She was very rude and arguing with us. She finally decided to take the drink off our bill. But when we went to pay she ignored us and walked away. We thought the charge had gone through so we started to leave. She yelled across the bar for us to stop which was very embarrassing. We thought our payment had gone through because she walked away from us. This bartender does not have good customer service skills and should be trained better or find a different job.

We are regulars of this business both eat in and takeaway. We are always happy with the quality, choice and flavours of the meals and drinks that we get and the service. After reading a couple of other reviews i felt compelled to leave mine. The comments about lacking flavour in particular- I can’t help but wonder if these people maybe lost their sense of taste and smell from having Covid! The food has plenty of nice flavours and you can tell that it is thoughtfully considered and prepared. Pride is taken with the creation and presentation of dishes and you can tell the food is made from scratch not from packets as many establishments tend to do. We will return and recommend this place.

Oysters and duck spring rolls were delish! We loved the red curry flavours and spices. Funky bar with craft beers, rum and gin selection. Quality food and service. Definitely worth a visit on the Island .

It was evident that other local bars and restaurants struggled with the increased foot traffic of the easter long weekend, however Bang Bang managed to provide an impressive level of customer service and incredible food! Special shout out to Dee, our waitress – your food and drink recommendations went down a treat, and your phenomenal customer service skills truly made us feel at home. Excellent job all round, cannot wait to visit again!

We had a great experience at Bang Bang over the Easter weekend. The service was fantastic and the waitress was so friendly. All the staff were. The food was amazing and we especially loved the pork belly. If we’re back here again we will definitely return.

Firstly absolutely amazing service, staff were attentive and did little things like replace empty water bottles which was great. Menu has great options and seems well thought out. Food was overall really good flavours and big portions but for the price I’d expect perfect. The Asian greens were a highlight. Biggest fault was the pork belly fat not being rendered enough, otherwise I’d certainly give 5 stars.
