Such personalized service, delicious food! We mentioned a peanut allergy & desire for spicy and were well taken care of. The Yum fish was amazing, as were the spring rolls & garlic & black pepper beef. Will definitely visit again!

Wow ! An absolutely amazing Thai dining experience right here in Gladstone? Surely not? Well, it’s true. Ban Thai serves up a top notch Thai dining experience. The food is beautifully cooked and packed full of flavour, and you can even stipulate how spicy you’d like your food. Portion sizes are on the generous side so you certainly get value for money. The kitchen staff do an awesome job of making their food look appetising too. The serving staff on my visit were happy, friendly and very attentive. The restaurant itself is spacious and pleasing to look at. There is nothing drab about the inside of this place. In fact, there is nothing drab about the Ban Thai Bar & Restaurant full stop. So treat yourself, and dine here as soon as you can.

Had a great meal here whilst up in Gladstone for work. Very timely service, great taste I would particularly recommend the red curry with roast duck. I thought the price as very reasonable given the quality and quantity.

First seated inside but three tables came in after us received there food before us. Disgusting service asked where our food was and was told one minute, five minutes later still no food. Ended taking home our food. By the way four spring rolls , fried rice, pad krapow. Food just ok only.

Yummmm, really great Thai food, very similar to meals we had in Thailand. Very fresh and great variety of meals. Pineapple fried rice was excellent and I was very happy I could alter some ingredients. My husband had the green chicken curry…smooth and delicious.

Disappointed in our takeaway tonight. We usually order from Thai Classic but tonight we decided to give Ban a try. Our containers were only half full, the duck curry had 2 lychees and only 4 prawns in our Penang curry. The Pad Thai was nice, but definitely not great; curries weren’t too bad. Spring rolls were tasty but Coconut rice was undercooked. After ordering we were asked to pay over the phone, which was not a problem, but we were not given a total, nor was there a total on the receipt on pick up.
