Had fish cakes as a on entree they tasted like they had been reheated. To say they tasted horrible would be an understatement. Had to wait so long for it to be served up as well. Mains waiting around an hour. It’s the first place I have ever cancelled the order and left starving. Table next to us was also complaining about the wait for food. The rice they were served was cold and they asked for it to reheated. I would definitely give this place a miss

Our group of 4 dropped by about 30 mins before closing on a Thursday night. The food came out really quick and the quality was impressive. I recommend the crispy beef. Our spend was ~$35 per head and it was the perfect amount. Table service was patient and friendly. Worth the travel to Gawler.

Went to get takeaway, at 5:45. Expected a wait but when told a wait of 2 hrs was beyond a joke and told because the tables were booked . But no one there yet so surely our order would have been first. That’s the last for us Bistro Hut. Pick up ya game

Recommended by friends…… first and last time! When you order 3x crispy beef the same dish at 5:30pm when you open…. Then get told to pick up at 6:10pm (shocked) only to rock up then and find they haven’t even started it yet. The daughter said her dad had to wait to get the oil hot. Ok so people it takes 45 minutes to heat up shallow oil to fry crispy beef. Wish I could say it was busy but I can now see why you only had 2x family members dining inside. When questioned try looking at the customer and apologizing. It will get you far….. lies, long wait times and blank facial expressions will only lead you to centerlink.
