I have been ordering Balusu’s on Uber eats for the last 3 years now. Popped in tonight for my first time eating in. Went for my standard butter chicken and rice with a couple cheese naans. My goodness it’s amazing eating in house. Not to mention that the service is pin point. The lads are friendly and always serving up the food with a big smile that makes you feel very welcome. Your food is really good, but not having prices displayed and making people go to an online location to view them is a prohibitive friction that just makes you look shady. Especially if you say out the front of your store that your prices are affordable and then you go in and can’t see them and have to go somewhere else online to find it.
