I was served by a male staff member at the counter and I collected my coffee from a female at the cafe. Both occasions staff greeted me with a smile and an extremely warm and welcoming personality.

Absolutely love this place for brunch,It’s definitely not your typical bakery! The salmon and chicken melts Are so delicious and Omg the pies are 100 percent perfection and best pies I have ever had! Ordered a medium coffee, it burnt my tongue it was so hot. Went and told the barrister and she offered to put milk in it and told me the machine makes the temperature and they do not regulate the temp. I left and rang and spoke to the manager/ supervisor and she really didn’t care either didn’t evan other a free coffee, considering I walked out without one. Had been there before and coffee was nice. Poor customer service and I will not waste my money there again.

This is one of my favourite bakeries, I go here often, the food is delicious. I begged my husband to take me here yesterday and I’ve never been so disappointed. Your staff were flustered, they needed help and looked at times like they were going to snap at one another. The girl who served me was doing her best but seemed new, I had a lot of patience and hope she gains confidence. I was served, after waiting for a long time and I told my husband it was worth our wait. I paid and waited. I saw the staff talking for 5 minutes, they put up a sign that said what I ordered was out of stock and THEN came over to tell me I had to be refunded my whole order, why did I wait and get told after they had time to make a sign and argue about it? Anyway they explained I had to be refunded in whole as they can’t refund a singular item and purchase again what was in stock to feed the kids. I paid a second time for my food and coffees. I stood at the same spot and after a short while my coffees were handed to me, everyone confused on why I was still there asked what I wanted, I had to tell them I still hadn’t been given the 3 pies I paid for not once, but twice at this point.

Taste of the food was fine but service was wanting badly. Pastries for two people were handed over on 2 stacked plates rather than 2 separate ones. We had a 25min wait for our drinks and when we finally went to inquire about them were given just a ‘sorry’. Should have offered a refund or halved the price or offered some sort of recompense. Finally, we had to ask for a tray to carry our 3 drinks rather than be offered one.
