One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to in Melbourne. Didn’t disappoint at all. Have had better biryanis than Bahubali’s but it was good enough as well. Will definitely return.

Had a gift voucher from Stonnington City Council for Armadale shops and restaurants decided to use it for a special birthday and landed up at this restaurant I had asked for a pleasant experience, turned out to be more than pleasant, we had lassi, non veg entree platter and goat biryani, finished with a glass of falooda, prices were reasonable, food authentic and portions generous. We were served by two smiling hostesses who complied with our requests for photo etc, will definitely recommend and return, with family and friends, keep up the good work, and no, I was not paid to write this review

I had Bahubali biriyani at a friend’s place and i loved it. That’s why i went and tried it again, this time the flavour seems to have reduced with an increase in chilli content. I am not sure if this is a one-off issue. Otherwise it was good. Would have given 4 stars in all categories, but giving low for service. We had a very early dinner around 5.30 in the evening. Even though there were only few tables occupied, we were asked to leave the table quiet soon after we finished our dinner. I had a friend visiting from Sydney, we were chatting after our dinner barely may be for 10 minutes. I would’ve understand the request if the restaurant was busy and the request was made in a proper way.

This is my local go to for Indian meals. Food always fresh, plentiful and tasty. If you want hot curry, they can make it! Service efficient.

Tasty food with authentic flavours, they have lot of varieties in their menu and everything tastes and smells so good. Very good portion size with reasonable price. Highly recommended if you crave for south Indian food or Indo Chinese food.
