I’m a regular orderer of the ramen here, the tonkotsu is pure comfort food. Just beware- the portion size has recently been entirely halved with no change to reflect that in the price. Still $18 but half the food, no exaggeration. If the portion size was reduced as well as a small reduction in price, I would not complain as I know times are tough and the serving size currently is big enough for me whereas the old one gave me leftovers. But such a huge difference is unacceptable.

Had the teriyaki chicken donburi bowl and my partner had a bit of rubber band that was cooked in with the egg. He went back into let them know that they had rubber bands cooked into the meal and he was only met with rudeness as the lady at the counter denied it was even their rubber bands. We have eaten here before with no problem and loved the food but this is disgusting food health and safety and for them to deny it as well! We will never be eating here again and I don’t recommend this particular Asuka.

I was told by a friend that they always eat here, so we decided to go and grab a bite. we arrived and the place was empty and i tried ordering the negri box off the menu and I was told they don’t have it anymore. I asked for another roll from their menu and they told me we don’t stock it anymore. after a few more failed picks I chose the Catsu don and my friend the chicken Caragi.

Giving five star for the food. But downgraded to 1 star for the awful service. The lady at the counter had a very bad attitude that just made me feel angry. It wasn’t what she said but it’s the way she looked at me and my partner. Made us feel unwelcomed. I guess that’s why people are uber ordering to avoid that person

Service and atmosphere was nice. The food was relatively inexpensive and came out quickly. I ordered a chicken katsu curry. The curry was just a tad watery but it was still nice.
