Great food when in the area . Decent prices and usually fresh. Honey chicken is probably my favourite. But for some reason I get so thirsty afterwards and need to drink water throughout the whole night then have to use bathroom consistently and end up with very little sleep.

Horrible experience! Regularly order through Menulog but as I was driving past I thought I would drop into the shop. It was very busy as it was Friday night. The young girls on the front counter didn’t smile, very poor customer service. They missed 2 of my mains so had to drive back to pick them up. No apology or anything at all when I walked back in, they just handed me my mains. I will never walk back in there again.

I have been to asian haven many times over many years ,starting from when they were at lake haven shoping centre and have never had a bad meal . The food has allways been great and I have allways enjoyed it , that’s why I keep going back again and again.

Purchased a chicken meal which was off. Smelled dreadful and not fit for consumption. Rang them and spoke to a staff member who informed the manager/owner. The owner became angry claiming the food was not off and started yelling about it in the background. Time of purchasing food was 4.30pm 31st December 2022… Anyone else unfortunate enough to have bought the same batch?

Placed an order at 5:20pm. Paid via debit card. Now 8:00pm and still no food. Over an hour past the eta. Phone for the restaurant is constantly engaged and can’t even make contact. $80 down the drain will be an interesting journey to get it back.

The worst service by an older lady with blonde dirty hair on 9/12/22 She was so rude when i asked if she was putting more noodles in the dish i was buying that she turned around to her co-worker to mouth an insult meant for me. I told her she can keep her noodles and just left. I will never go there again and will make sure i tell others about how bad the service was. The place has dropped their standards to be employing a person such as her.
