We had takeaway food- Vegetable Korma, Chicken tikka masala, plain naan and garlic naan. The food was delicious, with authentic North Indian flavour. Highly recommended

Butter chicken tasted like authentic north Indian curry. Really enjoyed it. Naan bread was soft as well. Starters were okay in taste. Good customer service.

Ordered takeaway and the tubs leaked in the bag. The curry was very very salty. Not personally to my taste but not the worst tasting thing I’ve eaten.

The people who work there are so kind. However the food is so bad. Worst Indian food I have ever had. I order vegetable spring rolls, Gobi Manchurian and white rice and I couldn’t eat any of it. I truly didn’t think white rice could taste so bad. The Gobi Manchurian was so so terrible and inedible I burst into tears about how I wasted my money and couldn’t eat any of it. Truly so so disappointing

we visited here first time, the taste of daal makhni is supeerbb. and no words for naan. I tried so many restaurant but I never eat naan like this. its thin, not like bread, its taste like actual naan.

I had the chicken tikka masala and lamb biriyani. Full taste and bursting with real flavour. I used to work at Anand sagar with the owner Naveed and glad to see with new ownership it hasn’t changed! Still a really good family owned restaurant. Nice ambience inside if you want to dine in.

Found this little gem a few years ago thanks to a work colleague. Hands down the best Indian restaurant in Brisbane! (And I’ve tried a fair few!)The gravy for their curries are absolutely delicious and the most authentic I’ve ever had. I recommend you try them all;from the Jalfrazi to the Vibdaloo and everything in between you will not be disappointed. Their proteins are always cooked to perfection; beef is tender, chicken always moist, prawns are juicy. They are very generous with their meat portions as well unlike most Indian places where you have to go on a fishing expedition to find your meats in a container with a meat to curry ratio of 1 to 100. The only downfall is that this place is a bit of a drive from where I live now but I’ve been disappointed so many times elsewhere that I would rather stick to what I know. And if you order on Menulog your first order is 20% off. Bonus!

I’ll start by saying that the food tastes good. This was the second time ordering from Aroras as we had a good experience the first time. This time however we had a different experience that wasn’t great. We ordered through Uber eats. The app was saying they are having a hard time finding a delivery driver, not the restaurant’s fault of course but annoying as we had been waiting for a long time already. So we decided to drive to the restaurant ourselves and called Aroras on the way. The lady on the phone said it’s ok for us to pick up our food as it was already ready. When we got there they had just given our food to a delivery driver even though they were aware that we were coming to pick it up. When we got home we waited for another 10 minutes for the delivery guy so by the time we actually got our food it was cold.
