Tonight I placed an order at 6:51 and was told it would be 15 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes for our food, and seeing people who had ordered after us were getting their food, I approached the counter and asked how much longer my order would take to cook. After checking my reciept the kid on the front counter went out to the kitchen to check and confirmed ‘only a few more minutes.’ I then waited another 20 minutes, making my wait time an hour. I approached the counter again to see how much longer it would take. I was then told my order wasn’t out the back and they would start to make it now. I pointed out that I had already checked in 20 minutes earlier, and was told it would be a few more minutes when i checked, so how could my order not be there now? The kid working on the counter who had left me waiting an hour without putting my order in, and then lied to me about it being nearly ready responded to me with “it’s not my fault.”

WOW! Absolutely fantastic pizza. We have had a few from our local supplier that my husband has used for many years and recent experience has been extremely disappointing. We tried Antonio’s for the first time tonight and will definitely be back.

Originally I really enjoyed these guys, however on Sunday I placed a phone order including a Hawaiian pizza. Upon arrival, this Hawaiian pizza was mistakenly put in the system for a vegetarian. I was most happy to wait for the Hawaiian pizza to be cooked, I understand accidents happen, but the guy serving me advised I had to take and pay for the vegetarian pizza well. I wasn’t unfortunately going to be paying for an extra pizza I didn’t order, so I declined this as I only wished to pay for the 3 pizzas I had ordered over the phone. Again, I was advised I had to take this vegetarian pizza that I didn’t want. The guy even asked me ‘what do you expect me to do with the vegetarian pizza?’ Which confused me as it wasn’t my fault the order was placed incorrectly.
