Was told by a good friend that this place has the best sandwiches and it certainly did not disappoint! We had the Turkey, Roast Beef and Pesto Chicken – but our absolute favourite was the Cuban, full of meat and pickles! An added bonus is that the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely make this our regular lunch stop when we travel through Blackheath! Highly recommended!

This place is a blackheath institution, and it’s a great option. The food is solid, and extremely well priced (I challenge you to find me another $9 bacon and egg roll within 100 ks of Sydney). It has a family run vibe, and the staff are super friendly. Coffee is also surprisingly good for an old school place like this – they have all the milks. Wish they had an app but you can order ahead on the phone.

This is the perfect place to go for something to eat and drink. There is great variety of sandwiches. I had the roast beef toasted and we also had the roast pumpkin toastie. The best thing about this shop is is sells proper banana smoothies. Real banana, good amount of honey and cinnamon and not too thick. Some places around here give you something so thick you have to use a spoon and then it feels like you have eaten a litre of ice cream!! These guys are smoothie legends. Perfect place to grab a meal that’s not too little and not too much.

I must confess, I did not order one of this cafe’s famous sandwiches. Being a little past lunch I felt more like a cake and coffee. The Coffee is cold and watery and the cheesecake is somewhat stodgy and seems like it is not as fresh as one would like it to be. The seats are extremely uncomfortable and the table is the wrong height for the seating. Whilst the service was fast the person serving could have guided me to a better selection closer to me original request.
