Disgusting customer service. My mother spent over $40 here last Saturday and now today she went to sit at the tables to which the owner came out, abused her and made her cry saying she can’t sit there as her father had made them. We are here every single Saturday and I can tell you right now we will never buy a coffee from there ever again.

Rubbish customer service. The lady there ( I presume is the owner ) is very rude. The coffee was awful. The food was awful. Most of the time the place looks empty and theres a reason for that. Best to steer clear as there are many more cafes around this area offering better quality food, coffee and service.

Accidentally walked in whilst visiting Richmond centre. This place has pretty cakes and reasonably priced drinks. The atmosphere is very cozy and peaceful. My family had a nice break here.

I love this place. The food is always spot on, and lots of GF options. The staff are lovely. I stop in whenever I’m in Richmond. (Try the Gf caramel slice)
