This place has been here forever but I’m pretty sure this was my first ever visit. I guess they’ve done well to still be standing. The place feels pretty old school and seating is tight. Food wise I’d say it’s the sort of place you’d go for a dependable feed at a reasonable price.

My friend ordered beef noodle soup, she said the soup is too sweet. Mine is rice vermicelli salad with spring roll, the rice vermicelli is at the bottom, it tastes just ok, lots of vegetables, portion is big, I couldn’t finish it all. We came in at 4:30pm, no need to wait, clean and friendly.

Quick service. Good food. Friendly service. Particularly love the Beef Pho – nice soup, silky smooth noodles and generous portion. The summer rolls of prawns are good too. Chicken rice is recommended also. But I will ask for less soya sauce next time.

This place has all my fave vietnamese noodle and rice dishes. The decor and vibe of the place tells you that this will be like dining at your granny’s place. I brought along a friend who was trying vietnamese food for the first time and the dishes met the brief, the special noodles meant he got to try tripe and beef tendon. I got the Hainan chicken, chicken is as expected, rice is good, my other friend got the wonton soup and enjoyed it. Decent feed, nothing fancy. I did miss having the sauces at the table, however what was given was adequate, bean sprouts, lemon, chilli sauce.
