It’s a great concept and it’s very popular for all ages. The food is great, but I swear that my vegetables were taken away as I got a lot more. The service is ok. All the staff mumble beneath their breathe. Waiter place the hot bowl onto my hand and walked away with not apology.

We were blown away with how popular this place is, especially for under 30’s! Clearly a super trendy location. The hot pot itself was great. We got normal spicy levels, there are 5 levels to choose from. The broth was delicious! When we arrived there is a lot of confusion as to what to do as the sign to wait is not clear, and lots of people are loitering around. When you arrive, you get a number and then wait. We waited for an hour and 10 minutes. If the waiting time was shorter we would have given 5 stars.

My bf and I love hot pot, and we are very happy with our meal. The soup base is delicious. And we were very pleased with the assorted toppings we could add to our meal. The only downside would be the wait time, tho in our opinion totally worth it.

This place has always been busy when we walk past it. Luckily we had a late lunch and could get seating straight away. Staff was not as helpful to how the whole process worked (as this was our first time here) and so we just copied the people in front of us selecting ingredients for our hotpot. Ingredients seemed reasonably fresh overall. We pretty much filled the whole bowl as we wanted to try lots of different ingredient so it cost us $57 (this amount could probably feed 3 people and because my wife eats as much as two people we could finish it). We sat outside and the tables weren’t the cleanest and our food took probably 15mins to comes out. We had a mixture of different noodles and the Korean noodles got quite soggy in our hotpot. The soup was not bad and not too spicy as we had it level two spicy. I did feel the soup had a slight bitter taste (kinda like when you eat szechuan food) but my wife thought it was fine. Overall the hotpot was tasty. Would definitely come again.

My favourite hot pot place ever! Myself and my friends come here very often and always leave satisfied. Despite this, the hygiene standards are quite low however, the food and service makes up for it! It’s also always really busy with up to an hour wait times so be sure to make sure you get there early especially on weekends.
